Fiancee Visa Testimonials

To American fiances of Thai women:

My Thai fiancee' and I became engaged December 23rd , 04. Her fiancee visa was applied for in January, received in May and we were married in Phoenix on June 1, 05. Brian Wright and the professional staff at his office handled all of the paper work efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. He and his staff worked with my wife to obtain and translate all required documents and make certain that all of the many requirements for the k1 visa were met before her interview at the US consulate in Bangkok.

My wife and I were comfortable and confident during the process and we are grateful for Brian's experience and thoroughness.

I have no idea how we could have done this without Brian's assistance but I am certain that we would not have been together so quickly without his services. Many thanks to Brian and the staff at his office. And our best wishes to you and your fiancee.

Brian,

I wanted to send you a quick thank you note for helping Ning and I with our USA visa. You and your staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the process, particularly with the hands-on way you managed our business in Bangkok. Being so far away from Ning during the process was difficult, but knowing that you were managing all the details on our behalf was reassuring.

Thank you too for your prompt follow-up after we arrived safely in the United States. Getting Ning to San Francisco was a dream comes true.

My best to you and your lovely staff for a very prosperous and happy New Year!

Best Personal Regards,
Jeff A.

K1 Fiancee Visa

Our firm, processes US K1 fiancee visas, and K1 fiance visas to the USA from Thailand for Thai girls. The normal processing time is 6 months.

The K-1 fiancee visa or K 1 fiancé visa was created to allow American Citizens with foreign fiancee’s or girlfriends the opportunity to spend time together in America to evaluate their relationship in order to determine (within a 90 day period) if they would like to continue their relationship into marriage.

If, after having time together in America, the couple chooses to continue their relationship, they will marry and then file for the foreign spouses permanent residence status or green card allowing the foreign spouse to legally remain in the USA.

Should the couple decide not to continue their relationship, then the foreign fiancee’ is required to leave the USA within the 90 day period and return to his/her home country.
